Standard return
14 days, sealed
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. The model must be unopened, with the studio packaging intact and the certificate of authenticity untouched. Customer pays return shipping; we refund the order total to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.
Damaged on arrival
Free replacement
Open the box on camera if you can. Email [email protected] with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We send a DHL collection waybill at our cost and dispatch a replacement unit (or full refund) as soon as the original is in transit back to us.
Items we can't take back
- Models whose factory seal or certificate envelope has been opened.
- Pre-orders past the studio's factory-cutoff date — once the studio confirms our slot, we can't cancel ours.
- Custom commissions (LAB requests) past the design-approval step.
