Delivery & shipping
Every order leaves our Kuwait warehouse by DHL Express, double-boxed, with the studio packaging untouched inside the outer carton.
Kuwait
1–2 days
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 14:00. Free delivery on orders over KWD 100.
GCC
2–4 days
KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman. Shipping calculated live at checkout based on declared weight + insured value.
Worldwide
3–7 days
Europe, North America, and most of Asia. Delivery time depends on customs clearance in the destination country.
Customs & duties
For GCC and international shipments, the destination country may apply its own customs duty and VAT. DHL collects these at delivery — they're not in the order total. Domestic Kuwait orders include all applicable taxes in the checkout price.
Packaging
Every model ships in its original studio box, sealed in a fitted inner carton with corner protection, then placed in an outer shipping box with air-pillow void fill. Multi-item orders are consolidated to keep shipping cost down without compromising protection.
Tracking
You get a DHL tracking number by WhatsApp the moment your parcel leaves us, and another notification when it's out for delivery. All updates are also visible in your account's order history.
