What we collect

To process orders and run your account we collect: your name, phone number, email, shipping address(es), order history, wallet balance, and the IP address you sign in from. We never store full card numbers — those are tokenised by our payment gateway (uPayments).

Why we collect it

  • To create your account and authenticate you (phone OTP).
  • To deliver the order to the right address.
  • To send transactional updates over WhatsApp (order, shipping, payment).
  • To honour returns, refunds, and the loyalty programme.
  • To prevent fraud (IP address, login attempts, payment retries).

Who we share it with

  • DHL Express — name, phone, full shipping address. They need this to deliver and clear customs.
  • uPayments — name, phone, email, order amount. They need this to process the payment and settle to our merchant IBAN.
  • Meta / WhatsApp Business Cloud API — phone, message contents. Required to deliver OTPs and transactional notifications.
  • Cloudflare — IP addresses passing through CDN and image-hosting services.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Account and order data is retained for seven years to satisfy Kuwait tax-record requirements. You can request deletion of any optional fields (loyalty profile, marketing preferences) at any time. Statutory records may be retained even after account closure.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of non-statutory records by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
