Working with us

We are a small team — fewer than ten people — so a hire here moves the needle. We don't post job boards. When we are looking for someone specific, we tell our network. When we are not, we still read every speculative email we get.

What we look for

Attention to the unobvious

Our customers are collectors — people who notice when a wheel arch sits 1mm off or when packaging arrives with a slight crease. We need to notice these things first. If you are the kind of person who hands a returned model to the studio for inspection instead of restocking it, you will fit in.

How we hire

No filtering by template

A short cover letter, the work that is most representative of you, and one or two references is enough. We don't do multi-round interviews with whiteboard puzzles — typically two conversations, one with the team you would work in, and a paid half-day trial doing real work.
