Marque names, model designations, badges and livery on the products we resell are trademarks of their respective owners — Ferrari S.p.A., Porsche AG, BMW AG, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Lamborghini S.p.A., and others. We use these marks solely to identify the genuine scale models we distribute. We claim no affiliation with the original manufacturers, and we make no warranty on their behalf.

Governing law

These notices and any contract formed via dclabapex.com are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes arising from or related to a purchase will be settled by the competent courts of Kuwait City, unless prior written agreement specifies arbitration.
