- How long does shipping take?
- Domestic Kuwait orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days via DHL Express. GCC takes 2–4 business days; worldwide 3–7. You receive a tracking link by WhatsApp the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- Do I pay customs and VAT?
- Orders within Kuwait include local taxes in the price you see at checkout. For GCC and international shipments, the destination country may apply its own customs duty and VAT. DHL collects these at delivery — they are not included in the order total.
- Are the models authentic?
- Yes. Every model ships sealed from the original studio (BBR, Looksmart, MR, AUTOart Signature, AvanStyle, Kyosho, Spark, and others). Where the studio includes a certificate of authenticity or numbered base plate, we forward it untouched.
- Can I pre-order a future release?
- Yes. Pre-orders are charged in 50/50 instalments by default: 50% to reserve the unit, 50% when the studio confirms the production batch is shipping to us. You can switch to "pay in full" or three-instalment plans during checkout.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- KNET, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our uPayments hosted checkout. Saved cards are tokenised by uPayments — we never see the card numbers.
- What if my model arrives damaged?
- Open the box on camera if possible. Email [email protected] with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Damage in transit is our responsibility, not yours.
- Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
- For collector clubs or retail partners ordering 10+ units, contact us directly at [email protected] with the brands and scales you stock. We can usually match or beat international wholesale rates.
